Eco-Friendly Air Cooling and Heating

In an effort to prioritize healthy energy consumption and sustainable living practices, recent developments in the Green agenda and Clean Energy Revolution have prompted the need for amending heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) policies and requirements. Likewise, existing HVAC systems will begin to shift towards methods that promote energy efficiency and lower cost zero carbon technologies. Although only a handful of cities in the Northeast, Texas, and California have adopted such ‘smart operation’, residential and commercial buildings across the United States are forecasted to make the push to follow the goals of the green energy policy.  
Although unique at the moment, changing federal policies will regulate buildings at a new and higher standard. This makes it worthwhile for market players to look into and invest in buildings that have a higher score for sustainability efforts. Property developers and stakeholders are realizing the importance of such regulations, and effects will soon be seen in the popularity of environmentally conscious buildings.
The most significant limitation of the conventional HVAC system is that it determines the overall temperature of the entire building. What results is unequal heating and cooling throughout the building, and the inability to customize the temperature and airflow to each unique zone. As a solution, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) or Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air conditioning systems, also known as ductless systems, are highly energy efficient with greater flexibility. This allows precise temperature control and results in zoned comfort. Heating and cooling can occur simultaneously with a VRF system, which enables each room to maintain a constant and comfortable indoor environment.
Jeden’s non-electric fans are designed to mount under the ceiling cassettes of VRF and multi-split systems. It does not consume electricity and self circulates by the air of AC systems, increasing AC airflow and energy efficiency by up to twenty percent (20%) than that of a standalone AC. It perfectly fits under the Green agenda, as it operates without the use of electricity and lessens the overall carbon footprint a building leaves behind.  
Our fans can be used along with VRF and multi-split systems in high-end residences such as brownstone townhouses and luxury apartments, as well as restaurants, retail stores, office spaces, and anywhere else that requires customized temperature control throughout different zones.
